Help us create high quality UI/UX for our personal data management app. The app has some similarities to Dropbox, Pinterest, and Evernote. Our goal is to create world class UI/UX for thousands of different kinds of data. Our app is built on top of a custom graph database platform and we are now ready to scale our UI/UX efforts.
Open to someone who is more junior – bright, high potential
Combination of a storage/archive system for digital assets – everything from pics to video to contracts / general information that people need to keep somewhere
Creating a filing cabinet where you need to put things like your W2, Taxes, information about your Furnace; looking to make an easily navigable system
App offers a nice place to be digitally organized. Secure storage – custom platform
Want to create superb user experience for a front end – react native – wants to make everything really high quality – will be working with a designer to do mock ups
They are at the point where they are ready to have a polish and finesse to the system/application
Open to offering some equity – looking for someone who can see the light – core idea seems to have some promise and want to make it into something with potential
Company has been around for 2.5 years – CTO has been there for 1.5 years.
6 total employees at this point: 3 engineers, 1 designer, CTO, Founders
Junior high potential candidate is preferred but open to mid-level to senior candidates as well
React.JS is not an absolute must if we find an iOS developer with UI/UX expertise
Chicago preferred but open for the right individual
Shooting for launch/release late fall
GIT and OSX/MacOS are important (not just Windows based)
Will need to see candidate’s Github and eventually some code that they are proud of
